Nancy Marie Ducat age 72, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on the evening of February 1, 2021.
Nancy was born on July 21, 1948, in Rantoul, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Harry and Arlene (Reinke) Pingel. She was a graduate of Valders High School with the Class of 1967.
Nancy was employed with Shady Lane Nursing Care Center for 27 years in the Housekeeping Department, retiring in 2014. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, but most of all spending time with her family.
Survivors include: 2 Daughters and 1 Son-in-law: Karen (Scott) Bauer, Manitowoc, Candace Ducat, Manitowoc. 3 Grandchildren: Amanda (Pedro) Rodriguez, Brock Bauer and Special Friend April Butler, and Emily Ducat, along with 1 Great Grandson: Adan Rodriguez.
Nancy is also survived by 2 Sisters: Clara Yanda, MaryAnn Krogh and Special Friend, Don Phillip, 2 Brothers and Sisters-in-law: Roger (Janice) Pingel, Albert (Denise) Pingel, and 1 Brother-in-law: Gorman Lex, Jr. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
Nancy is preceded in death by 1 Brother: George Pingel, 4 Sisters and 3 Brothers-in-law: Elaine (Edward) Stenzel, Patricia Yanda, Sharon Lex, Betsy (Dennis) Bratz, and Jens Krogh.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021, from 4:00PM until 6:00PM at the Lendman Funeral Home & Gathering Center, 4638 Expo Drive, Manitowoc, WI 54220.
