Lor Youa Vang, 69, Green Bay, passed away Monday, May 20, 2019 at home.  He was surrounded by family.

He is survived by his wife, Soua Yang and their children: Ka Youa (Teng) Kong, Tou Vang, Ka (Ma) Moua, Yer (Bay) Paborribon and Johnny Vang.  Further survived by other relatives and friends.
