William E. Heinz, 89, 9216 Gray Lake Rd, Gillett, passed away on August 23rd at Scharpe Care Nursing home in Oconto Falls. He was born March 12th, 1923 in Cleveland, OH. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church Riverside. William was a member of the Gillett Sportsman’s club and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is preceded in death by his wife Eleanor Schroeder and one sister Marie Sommerfeld. He is survived by one daughter, Karyle Heinz (Gillett), one brother Arthur (Ruth) Heinz (Green Bay), one sister Lillian (Arthur) Gulbrandsen (Oconto Falls), several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Friends may call from 9 to 11 A.M Monday August 27th at St. John’s Lutheran Church Riverside. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M on Monday August 27th with a luncheon to follow at St John’s Lutheran Church Riverside. Deacon Michael Zamzow will be officiating. Marvin L. Reed, 73, went home with his Lord on Thursday, August 23, 2012. He was born June 18, 1939 in Underhill, WI, son of Alfred and Emily (Schuettpelz) Reed. After living in Milwaukee and marrying Suzanne Lusardi on October 23, 1965, Marvin settled in Collins, WI.
Marvin is survived by his wefe of 46 years, Sue; two sons: Lance (Jenny) Reed, Collins, and Gregory (Amy) Reed, Oshkosh; grandchildren: Amelia, Max and Elliot; siblings: Warren, Sally, Norma, Beberly, Lorna, Wayne, David; many in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents; brother Alfred Jr.; sister Barbara and his infant son Mark.

Laurice F. Gilbertson, 74, 10616 Shawano Line Rd. Gillett, entered into rest on Tuesday August 14th, 2012 at her residence. She was born March 26th, 1938 in Shawano, WI where she was baptized upon birth. She was the daughter of the late Alvin and Ruth Madison. On June 21st, 1958, Laurice married Donald Gilbertson in Bonduel, WI. Laurice and Donald shared a very loving and devoted marriage for 54 years. Laurice is survived by her husband Donald Gilbertson; two daughters, Colleen (Ronnie) Thomson, Gillett; and Janalee (Jesse) Jenerou, Gillett; one son Kyle (Robin) Gilbertson, Lena; one brother Douglas Madison, Shoreview, MN; one sister Karen (James) Wudtke, Cecil; nine grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by one sister-in-law Carla Madison. Laurice was a very active member of the Bethel Lutheran Church in Green Valley where she held many positions and was more than happy to volunteer her time. She also enjoyed several hobbies such as gardening, sewing, and baking. She was very devoted to her family and the church and never hesitated to put others first. Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Friday August 17th, at Kuehl Funeral Home Gillett, WI and from 9-11 A.M. Saturday August 18th at Bethel Lutheran Church. Funeral services will be at 11 A.M. Saturday August 18th at Bethel Lutheran Church in the Town of Green Valley with Pastor Bill Gruenstern officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Green Valley.
